The Standard Single Room is 17 sq m and the Large Single Room is 18 sq m; both accommodate up to 2 guests, with a trundle bed (970 mm wide by 1,880 mm long) used for the second guest. The Standard Twin Room is 19 sq m and has Simmons beds (970 mm wide by 1,950 mm long). The Large Twin Room is 34 sq m and accommodates up to 3 guests, with a trundle bed (1,200 mm wide by 1,880 mm long) used for the third guest. The Superior Twin and Deluxe Twin rooms are both 36 sq m and have two Simmons double beds (1,400 mm wide by 2,100 mm long). The themed rooms (Ajisai, Kanayama-sugi, Black and White) are also 36 sq m, with a sofa bed (900 mm wide by 1,950 mm long) used for the third guest. The 50 sq m Universal Room has a wide layout that makes it easy to turn a wheelchair, plus a raised platform at the back, giving it a versatile layout that also suits family time together. In the single and twin rooms the bathroom and toilet form a two-piece unit, while the other rooms have a separate three-piece layout.

Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet served from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., with arrival by around 8:30 a.m. recommended. The spread features dishes made with local ingredients, such as imoni, a regional dish of Yamagata, and curry with mushrooms from Funagata. The price is 1,870 yen per person, tax included, and children who have not yet started elementary school eat breakfast free of charge. Room service is not offered.

Parking is available in front of the hotel's main entrance and on the north side, with about 100 spaces in total, free of charge. There is no vehicle height limit, so large vehicles can park as well. A FamilyMart is a 3-minute walk away.
