Eight room types are available. Single rooms are 12 to 14 sq m, with a double bed 140 cm wide and 210 cm long made up duvet-style, using a duvet as the top cover. Executive Single Rooms have a queen-size bed 170 cm wide. Executive Twin Rooms are 26.7 sq m and Suite Rooms are 36 sq m, more spacious than the other types. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function. An extra bed can be added to twin rooms for up to 3 guests in one room, but the number of these beds is limited, so please inquire in advance.
Dining
Breakfast is served at the Japanese restaurant Kajo on the 24th floor as a half-buffet of Japanese dishes. It runs from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last entry at 9:30 a.m., and costs 2,200 yen per person, tax included. From Wednesday to Sunday it is served at Kajo, while on Mondays and Tuesdays it moves to Pappuya on the first floor of the hotel; when Monday falls on a public holiday, Kajo serves breakfast instead. Room service is not available.
About the Baths
There is no communal bath, so bathing is in the en-suite bathroom in your room. There is no onsen or open-air bath either, so if you are planning on a communal bath as a family, it is worth confirming in advance.
Family-Friendly Features
There are no children's rates, and children of elementary school age and under who co-sleep with a parent or guardian stay at no additional charge. Amenities such as toothbrushes and towels, however, are provided only for the room's stated capacity, and children's meals are not included even on plans with meals. Access
The hotel is linked directly to the west exit of JR Yamagata Station by a pedestrian deck, so you can walk in within about 2 minutes without going outside, which makes getting around with children easier on rainy or snowy days. Parking is at Kajo Central Parking, the contracted parking of the building the hotel occupies, with space for 350 cars at 770 yen per night for one entry. Cars can drive in until midnight and drive out 24 hours a day. There is also a coin laundry for hotel guests, with washing from 300 yen and drying from 100 yen.
