Rooms
Guest rooms are divided among the East, South and West buildings. The East Building Comfort Twin is 29.0 sq m for 1-2 guests, with two beds measuring 140 cm wide by 195 cm long. Also in the East Building, Twin Room A is 29.0 sq m and has two beds measuring 110 cm wide by 195 cm long plus one extra bed measuring 100 cm wide by 190 cm long, accommodating 1-3 guests. South Building Twin Room B faces the slopes and sleeps up to 3 guests with two beds and one sofa bed. South Building Twin Room C is 18.0 sq m for 1-2 guests, and West Building Twin Room D is 19.2 sq m for 1-2 guests. In the West Building, the 3-bed room is 21.7 sq m for 1-3 guests and the 4-bed room is 21.7 sq m for 1-4 guests. Both have a layout with a separate shower room, toilet and washbasin, and are furnished with three to four sofa beds, making them well suited to families and groups.
Dining
Breakfast and dinner are mainly Japanese-Western buffets, with a separate restaurant in each building. At the East Building Main Dining Room, breakfast is from 3,900 yen for adults and from 2,730 yen for children, and dinner is from 9,800 yen for adults and from 6,860 yen for children. The restaurants can accommodate food allergies only for the 8 specified allergenic ingredients that must be labeled by law - shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanuts and walnuts - and guests who would like this accommodation must request it in advance. A change to a vegetarian meal is possible after consultation. Baby food is not available. On plans that include dinner and breakfast, children aged 5 and under who are co-sleeping can use the breakfast and dinner buffets free of charge (the dinner main dish is not included).
Baths
The West Building has a communal bath consisting solely of a roofed open-air bath, reserved for guests staying in the West Building. It is not an onsen. Because there is only the open-air bath, the hotel advises that your hair may freeze if you bathe after washing it (the washing area is indoors). There is no private-hire bath.

Front-wheel-drive and rear-wheel-drive cars must fit tire chains, and the hotel strongly recommends four-wheel drive. Parking is available at each building at no charge. There is no convenience store nearby - the closest one is about 40 minutes away by car. Pets are not permitted.
