The rooms are apartment-style, with an induction cooktop and a dishwasher-dryer, and they are carpeted throughout with a strict no-shoes rule, along with safety touches such as low sofas and shuttered electrical outlets. Cribs, bed guards, organic baby food and even diapers are all in the room, so you can pack light and still travel comfortably with a baby. Both are about 80 sq m with a bath and toilet, and sleep from 1 to 8 guests. The beds are a family-style arrangement of two semi-doubles pushed together, fitted as standard with waterproof sheets and a gap guard. As a guide, the beds sleep 3 adults on their own, or 2 adults plus 2 children for a family; larger parties add single futon sets for a fee (4,400 yen per set, tax included, up to 3 sets), reserved in advance. Room rates are set per room, and the rooms listed on Rakuten Travel have children's rates. Low beds are used to keep children from falling, and they can be used together with the bed guards. Shoes are strictly not worn inside and the rooms are carpeted, so you can take your shoes off at the door and let a crawling baby move around with peace of mind. There are no Japanese-style tatami rooms. The rooms open directly off the elevator, so you can wheel a stroller straight in, and there is a stroller space where you can leave it without folding it up. The rooms come with a freezer-refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher-dryer, a convection microwave oven, an electric kettle, a washer-dryer and a humidifying air purifier, and you are free to bring in your own luggage and groceries.

There is no restaurant on the property. You can cook in the room's kitchen, or eat at nearby places. In place of breakfast, coffee tickets for a nearby coffee shop are provided for the number of guests booked. Baby food is prepared by age in months: for 5 to 6 months, 2 portions of plain rice porridge and 3 side-dish pouches; for 7 to 9 months, 2 portions of plain rice porridge and 4 side-dish pouches; and for 10 to 12 and a half months, 2 servings of packed rice and 4 side dishes. Powdered formula for ages 0 to 12 months and follow-up formula for ages 12 months to 3 years are both available, so there is no need to bring a whole can with you. Baby food you bring yourself can be warmed in the room's microwave, and baby bottles can be sterilized with the in-room bottle-sterilizing set. Water for formula comes free of charge from the water server in the room, which dispenses water at 70°C, the right temperature for making formula, and has a child lock. Children's tableware sets, cups, spoons and forks, straws and paper bibs are all on hand.
Bath
The bathroom is an en-suite unit with a separate washing area, roomy enough for the whole family to bathe together. The tub has a built-in step and a handrail, so small children can sit and soak. Organic baby soap and baby lotion are provided.
