The outdoor kids' pool is 0.2 m deep and has a giant bucket that tips over and showers water down. In 2026 the outdoor pools are open from March 13 to the end of November, and the outdoor kids' pool is closed from December to mid-March. The Indoor Pool also has a kids' pool 0.6-0.65 m deep that can be used year-round. Children who are not yet out of diapers can use the pools if they wear a swim diaper under their swimsuit.

The water slide in the middle of the lazy river can be used by children of elementary school age and older who are 110 cm or taller. Guests with high blood pressure or a heart condition, who are pregnant, who have been drinking alcohol or who feel unwell are asked to refrain from using it. As part of the outdoor pools, it is open from March 13 to the end of November in 2026.

The Deluxe Twin is 38-42 sq m and sleeps 2 to 4 guests; with an extra bed, up to 4 guests can stay. The Premier Twin is 42 sq m and sleeps 2 to 3 guests. The connecting rooms, two rooms joined by an inner door, sleep 3 to 4 guests, and with both rooms linked they can be used by up to 6 guests. For the Accessible Room, please inquire in advance.

Breakfast is served at Buffet Dining Nashiro from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (last order 10 a.m.). Prices are 3,800 yen for adults, 2,500 yen for ages 7 to 12 and 1,000 yen for ages 3 to 6, and breakfast is free for children aged 2 and under. Breakfast for co-sleeping children is paid at the hotel. Kids' menus are offered at only 2 restaurants, BBQ Terrace Harey's and Japanese Fusion Kanazawa, and BBQ Terrace Harey's is open from April to October. Baby food is not served, but if you bring your own, the staff will warm it, as long as it is unopened.
