Royal Pines Hotel Urawa
forumWhat families say
Rakuten Travel rating 4.42 out of 5 (3,583 reviews). Many guests say the rooms are spacious and clean and give the family room to spread out, and some families report that a crib was provided even for a last-minute booking. Guests also find it reassuring that a sofa bed is set up when three people share a room. The breakfast buffet and the relaxed pace of a 12 p.m. checkout draw praise as well. On the other hand, some guests report uneven service, such as not being asked about kids' amenities even after mentioning that they were traveling with children.
