大分県の条例改正により、お子さまを異性の浴場に連れて入浴できるのは6歳までとなっています。貸切風呂や家族風呂はなく、入浴は大浴場・露天風呂のみとなります。タオルは大浴場になく、客室から持参します。
Overview
Oniyama Hotel, which has one of the largest open-air baths in Beppu, was extensively renovated in February 2025. Yukata are available in children's sizes, and a microwave can be borrowed for babies and toddlers, so families can settle in with peace of mind.

Universal-design guest rooms were completed in 2024.
Yuraku
The Yuraku rooms at 55 sq m and the Modern Premium rooms at 47 sq m, completed in 2025, are generously sized and work well for family trips that bring three generations together. All rooms are non-smoking.
Dining
Dinner can be scheduled between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Breakfast is normally served as a buffet, although there may be occasions when a Japanese set breakfast is served instead.
