Children who have not yet started elementary school can co-sleep free of charge, and children age 4 and over pay only the breakfast charge. Accommodation plans allow co-sleeping for up to 2 children, and elementary school students pay 100% of the adult rate. If you stay on a plan without breakfast, breakfast on the day costs 2,500 yen. Children age 4 and over who co-sleep pay only the breakfast charge; the children's breakfast price is not stated, so please confirm with the hotel.

The 26 sq m Superior Twin sleeps up to 3 guests when the sofa bed is used. The 36 sq m Deluxe Twin sleeps 1 to 4 guests, and there are also the 36 sq m Triple and the 39 sq m Deluxe Triple, each with three beds.

It is a 3-minute walk from JR Kobe Station or from Harborland Station on the subway Kaigan Line, and an 8-minute walk from Kosoku Kobe Station. Parking costs 1,500 yen per night, tax included, covering 3 p.m. through 12 noon the next day, or 500 yen per hour, tax included, with 475 indoor spaces.
