Rooms

The Ressha-mura Cottage, a 2-minute walk from the front desk, is a Japanese-Western 2DK (two rooms plus a dining-kitchen) of 55 sq m with a bath and toilet, for 1 to 5 guests, and has parking. In the annex, a 1-minute walk from the front desk, the Japanese-Western condominium on the first floor of the E/W Building is 60 sq m for 1 to 5 guests, and the Japanese-Western maisonette on the second floor is 70 sq m for 1 to 6 guests; both have air conditioning. Child rates are set for every one of these room types.
Dining
Both breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant inside the neighboring Yutoriro Garden Kita-Karuizawa with DOGS. Breakfast is a Western-style buffet, and dinner centers on grilled dishes, with a Special Select Grill Course, a Standard Grill Course or a Light Grill Course depending on the plan. Guests are seated near guests who are accompanied by pets. The policy on allergy accommodation was revised on September 1, 2025, and new allergy accommodation, meaning the removal of ingredients or the provision of substitute dishes, is suspended for the time being. The hotel also states that complete removal of allergens and prevention of cross-contamination are not possible. If you are traveling with a child who has allergies, please confirm the details in advance.

The hotel is about 40 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, and about 50 minutes from the Usui-Karuizawa IC on the Joshin-etsu Expressway via National Routes 18 and 146. Parking is free. The shuttle bus stopped running as of April 2025. From the front desk, the E and W Buildings are a 1-minute walk (about 50 m) and the Ressha-mura Cottage is a 1- to 2-minute walk (about 100-200 m). Guests can also drive between buildings on the property.
