All rooms come with a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, toothbrushes, towels and bath towels. Hair dryers are available to borrow at the front desk, and yukata and razors are available for a fee.

Indoor facilities include a karaoke room (2,200 yen per hour) and a table tennis table (550 yen per hour). The annex has a spa house with a jetted pool and a sauna, but it is currently out of service.
Location and Surroundings
For dogs, there is a grass dog run of about 750 sq m, free to use and open in the evening under lights. The surrounding area makes a convenient base for family outings and sightseeing: Karuizawa Snow Park is about 5 minutes away by car, Karuizawa Toy Kingdom about 10 minutes, Onioshidashi Park about 10 minutes and Shiraito Falls about 15 minutes. In winter, families can ski and sled at Karuizawa Snow Park.
