The Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort is about 3 minutes from the hotel by car, or 15 to 20 minutes on foot. During the ski season, the lift operating companies run free shuttle buses. The resort's Nagikiyama Snow Park has a 70-meter covered moving carpet, and at Sakika Kids Park the staff guide children all the way from putting on their boots for the first time to skiing down the slope. Both areas are enclosed with netting.

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is a mountain resort hotel at the foot of the Northern Alps. All 101 rooms are non-smoking, and you can choose your space from a 26 sq m Economy Twin up to a 68 sq m suite or the 64 sq m themed room Arbre. Apart from the Economy Twin, rooms take 3 guests with an extra bed, and the Deluxe Twin and the suite sleep up to 4 with two extra beds. Cribs are provided free of charge for children up to 12 months old, and children under school age can co-sleep. The hotel has a communal bath and an open-air bath fed by Hakuba Happo Onsen, and the Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort is about 3 minutes away by car, or 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
Rooms
There are 101 rooms in total, all of them non-smoking. On the side facing the main entrance and parking area are the 26 sq m Economy Twin (for 2 guests, with beds 120 x 200 cm, no extra bed possible), the 30-34 sq m Standard Twin (for 3 guests, with two beds 120 x 200 cm and an extra bed 105 x 195 cm), the 39-41 sq m Deluxe Twin, the 68 sq m suite and the 64 sq m themed room Arbre. There are also rooms on the Alps side, facing the garden and the Northern Alps, as well as the 39 sq m family themed room Piquenique and a 30 sq m theater room. Every room apart from the Economy Twin sleeps 3 guests using an extra bed, and the Deluxe Twin and the suite sleep up to 4 with two extra beds. The family themed room Piquenique takes 1 to 4 guests and has one bed made to look like a tree, along with furnishings that give the room a camping feel and a birdhouse-shaped shelf for small items. There are also triple versions of the Standard Twin and "Fours" versions of the Deluxe Twin, with three and four beds respectively, and the Deluxe Alps Twin includes a universal room type. Connecting rooms are available among some of the rooms and must be reserved. Humidifiers are available to borrow.
Dining
Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at the restaurant Chamonix, served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (last order 9:30 a.m.). On plans that include dinner and breakfast, children aged 7 to 12 pay 70% of the adult rate and children aged 4 to 6 pay 50% of the adult rate, with a kids' meal served at dinner for ages 4 to 6. Young children are welcome at all of the restaurants, and children's chairs can be requested. Private rooms are found at the Japanese restaurant Manyo, seating up to 12 people per room, with a private-room charge of 6,837 yen for 2 hours (tax and service charge included). Since April 1, 2023, Manyo has served only the French kaiseki course included with accommodation plans, and Japanese cuisine is not being served. If anyone in your party has a food allergy, please let the hotel know in advance; requests made at the last minute may not be able to be accommodated. Breakfast and dinner are both served in the restaurants, and there is no information about in-room dining, so please confirm with the hotel.
Baths and Onsen
The communal bath uses natural water from Hakuba Happo Onsen, an alkaline simple onsen with a pH of 11.2. It is open from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next morning, and is closed for cleaning from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The open-air bath may close during snowfall. The sauna is in the men's communal bath only. You can go down from your room in your yukata and slippers using the elevator reserved for the onsen. No towels are stocked at the communal bath, so bring your own from your room. The bathtubs in the communal bath have handrails. It is not stated whether children who are not yet out of diapers may enter the bathtubs, so please confirm in advance.

The shuttle must be requested at least one hour before you arrive, and it runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Parking for about 70 cars is free of charge. The Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort is about 3 minutes from the hotel by car, or 15 to 20 minutes on foot. During the ski season, free scheduled shuttle buses, mainly run by the ski resorts, connect Hakuba Goryu and HAKUBA47, Happo-one, Hakuba Iwatake and Tsugaike Kogen. Note that the shuttle bus for the Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort is boarded in front of the Mominoki Hotel, a 3-minute walk away. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight and checkout is at 11 a.m.; extending past 11 a.m. costs a fee, with a stay until 3 p.m. charged at one quarter of the basic room rate. Comfort Members members, for whom there is no enrollment fee or annual fee, can extend until 12 p.m.
