Units range in size from studios up to three-bedroom chalets of about 150 sq m, each with its own entrance and private bathroom, giving a family a space entirely to itself. Many units have a living and dining area, so they also suit multiple families traveling together or three generations. Connecting rooms are available in some units and require a reservation.

Every unit has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, toaster, dishwasher and kitchenware, so you can cook with ingredients from the nearby supermarket. A rice cooker is available to borrow free of charge. It is handy for preparing baby food and children's meals. There is also a barbecue garden outside, available by reservation for a fee.

The property sits at the foot of Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort, about a 1-minute walk from the Kitaone lift, so you can head out to the slopes with your skis or snowboard already on. Lift-ticket discounts and ski and ski-wear rentals are available, which makes a family ski trip easier to manage.

There is no communal bath or onsen on site; bathing is in each unit's private bathroom, which has a bathtub, so the family can use it freely on their own. The day-use onsen Happo no Yu is very close by, and Mimizuku no Yu is also within walking distance.
