Access
It is a 15-minute walk from JR Hakuba Station, and staying guests can be picked up when they arrive at Hakuba Station and driven back to the station after checkout. The shuttle runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests traveling with a pet cannot use the shuttle bus. Parking is free, with 100 spaces; the lot is fully paved but has no roof. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Late checkout cannot be reserved in advance and is only possible if a room is free on the day.
