forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 3.95 out of 5 (1,952 reviews). Families say that with pools both indoors and outdoors, their children could play even on rainy days, and that they could have the swim rings they brought inflated for them. Being able to head from the pool to the onsen still in swimwear, and the Blue Seal ice cream at breakfast, were also popular with children. On the other hand, several reviews point out that the rooms are dated, and some guests felt they were not as new as they looked in the photos.
