All 217 rooms are a roomy 21 sq m or more, and every room except the Universal Twin has the bath and toilet in separate or semi-separate spaces. The 21 sq m Standard Double, the Moderate Double and the Superior Double Sakurajima Side each have one double bed (154 cm wide by 203 cm long), and a crib cannot be set up in them. The 26 sq m Standard Twin rooms, including the Sakurajima-side ones, have two single beds, and a crib can be set up after consulting the hotel. The Standard Triple, also 26 sq m and designed for 3 guests with two single beds and one extra bed, cannot take a crib. The 28 sq m Deluxe Double Sakurajima View, the 39 sq m Executive Twin, and the Executive Fours - the hotel's largest room at 42 sq m, for 1 to 4 guests - can all take a crib after consulting the hotel. The wheelchair-accessible 28 sq m Universal Twin Sakurajima View, with two single beds, can also take a crib after consulting the hotel, though not if a wheelchair is in use.

Breakfast is served at Kuronosu, the restaurant on the top floor, the 15th, from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last entry at 9:30 a.m. It is a Japanese-Western buffet with about 40 items.
