Thirty of its 34 rooms are generously sized for 4 or more guests, including Loft Suites that sleep up to 8 and Family Suites with a day bed, so families and groups have plenty of choice. The hotel also has TOJI SAUNA, an onsen mist sauna reserved for staying guests, and THE HOUSE, a 137 sq m annex that one group can book to itself. This design hotel, a 3-minute walk from Motomachi-Chukagai Station in Yokohama, opened on November 14, 2025. It reflects the history of the port city of Yokohama and its Chinatown in a contemporary, pared-back setting scattered with classical touches where West and East mingle. Thirty of the 34 rooms are generously sized for 4 or more guests, making them well suited to family and group stays. Choices include the Loft Suite at 54-62 sq m for up to 8 guests, the 41 sq m Family Suite with a day bed, and the Loft Premier with four semi-double beds arranged on upper and lower levels, so you can pick a room to match your party size and how you want to spend your stay. There is also a Universal room with minimal steps and a bathroom fitted with handrails, and in most rooms the bathroom and toilet are separate.

A 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line. About 50 minutes from Haneda Airport and about 1 hour 50 minutes from Narita Airport. There is a convenience store (7-Eleven) 2 minutes away on foot. The hotel has no parking of its own, so guests arriving by car use nearby pay parking lots.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout can be added for 2,200 yen per hour, including tax, with late checkout available until 1 p.m. at the latest.
