One child of elementary school age or younger can co-sleep at no charge, bed guards are provided at no charge, and a baby cot can be borrowed for a fee for babies aged 0 who cannot yet pull themselves up to stand. There is no onsen or communal bath.

This completely non-smoking hotel has 240 rooms and stands a 1-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station, directly connected to it. Rooms range widely, from 22 sq m city-side doubles and twins to 48 sq m Bay View Corner Rooms, and bed widths run from twin rooms with two 100 cm beds to doubles with a 160 cm or 180 cm bed. On clear days, Mount Fuji is visible from the higher floors of the city-side doubles. The Bay View Corner Deluxe, limited to one room on each floor from the 10th to the 19th, sleeps up to 4 guests, and the 48 sq m Fours room has a sofa bed as the third bed and an extra bed as the fourth, so it works well for family stays. Every room has a Serta pocket-coil bed and an air purifier, and the building is designed for a high level of sound insulation. Both the city-side and bay-side room types offer a view.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant Shitamachi DINING & CAFE THE sea from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., with a buffet of about 50 Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes. There is also a live performance where a chef makes omelets in front of you. The price is 3,630 yen for adults (junior high school age and above) and 1,500 yen for elementary school children, while children who have not yet started elementary school eat free. Depending on the accommodation plan, a rabbit-patterned plate, cup, spoon and fork may be provided for children.
