Even the most standard rooms are 52 sq m, and every room is on the 47th floor or above. Children aged 0 to 11 can stay with co-sleeping, and for children under 1 a crib is provided free of charge. Rooms
The hotel occupies floors 45 to 53 at the top of the Tokyo Midtown tower and has 245 guest rooms. Even the most standard type is 52 sq m, and every room is on a high floor, the 47th or above. Rooms sleep 1 to 3 guests. Some have one king-size bed measuring 182 cm wide by 203 cm long, and there are twin rooms as well. The upper floors hold larger suites, including the 80 sq m Executive Suite and Premier Executive Suite, the 100 sq m Luxury Suite and Modern Japanese Suite, and the 120 sq m Carlton Suite. The Modern Japanese Suite is finished with Japanese touches such as tatami and wooden screens, and the Japanese-style Carlton Suite has one Japanese-style tatami room. There are also rooms on the club floors, which come with use of the Club Lounge.
Dining
The hotel has 7 restaurants and bars. Among them are the French restaurant Héritage by Kei Kobayashi; the Japanese restaurant Hinokizaka; the bistronomy restaurant Towers, built around local seafood and seasonal ingredients; and The Lobby Lounge, where you can enjoy afternoon tea. Breakfast is served at Towers from 7 a.m. and costs 6,500 yen. Room service is available 24 hours a day. For children, Japanese and Western menus can be ordered all day through in-room dining, and The Lobby Lounge offers a kids' afternoon tea that children under 12 can enjoy together with their family.

There is no onsen, communal bath or private-hire bath, but the 46th floor has an indoor pool measuring 20 m by 8 m, 120 cm deep, which staying guests can use free of charge. Children aged 4 to 15 can use the pool when accompanied by a guardian, but there is no children's pool. When it is busy, guests may be asked to cooperate by limiting how long they stay in the pool. Children under 16 cannot use the Heat Experience spa or the fitness gym on the same floor.

The hotel is inside the symbol tower of the Tokyo Midtown complex, with green space, an art museum and shops right next door. Parking costs 8,000 yen per night for staying guests, including the valet service charge. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 12 p.m.
