There is a kids' corner in the hotel, so young children can have fun without getting bored. It works well as a place for children to move around between meals and baths.

A baby bed is provided free of charge in the changing room of both the women's and the men's communal bath. The bath facilities include a baby bath, a baby chair, a child's chair and a diaper bin, so you can bathe together with your child. Children aged 7 and over or 120 cm and taller use the bath for their own gender. Whether children who are not yet out of diapers may enter the tubs is not stated.

The restaurant has children's tableware and chairs. Baby food is available as well; just ask a member of staff if you would like it. Meals are served as a buffet at the restaurant, and in-room dining is not available.

For children under 3, an extra futon can be provided for an additional 2,200 yen. Please let the hotel know in advance. It cannot be provided if it would exceed the capacity of the room you have booked. Children aged 2 and under are booked without being counted in the number of guests.

Children's yukata are available too, so the whole family can change into yukata and make the most of an onsen trip. Adults can choose from a range of patterns at the yukata corner.

The Standard Japanese-style tatami room with an open-air bath comes in two versions, one with an indoor bath and one without, and the in-room open-air bath is onsen water as well. Other rooms with an indoor bath include the Superior two-room Japanese-style twin-bed room, the Superior Japanese-Western twin room and the Standard two-room Japanese-style twin-bed room, so families whose children are at an age that makes the communal bath awkward can still bathe in their room.
