Richmond Hotel Narita is a 205-room business hotel a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Keisei Narita Station, with a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. There are Triple and Fours rooms, created by adding extra beds to the 30 sq m Comfort Twin Room, so a family of four can stay together. There is no communal bath, playroom or nursing room.

Rooms

The hotel has 205 rooms. Single and Double Rooms are 18 sq m, each with one semi-queen bed (154 cm wide). The Compact Twin Room is 19 sq m, with two single beds (100 cm wide). The Deluxe Double Room is 25 sq m, with one king bed (182 cm wide), and there is one on each floor. In the Standard Twin Room (25 sq m) and the Comfort Twin Room (30 sq m), two semi-double beds (110 cm wide) are pushed together in a Hollywood-style layout. For families of three or more, there is a Twin Room for 3 guests (a Standard Twin Room with one extra bed), a Triple Room (a Comfort Twin Room with one extra bed) and a Fours room (a Comfort Twin Room with two extra beds). The Fours room sleeps up to 4 adults, and there is one on each floor. The Universal Twin Room, designed with wheelchair users and similar needs in mind, is 30 sq m with two semi-double beds (110 cm wide), grab bars by the bathtub and toilet, and a bathing assistance chair and non-slip mat for the bathroom. There is only one such room in the hotel (non-smoking); if you would like it, please inquire by phone. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function.

Dining

The 1st-floor restaurant STELLA has no age restriction, so you can dine there with children, and children's chairs are available. Breakfast is a buffet, and children get the same food as adults. It costs 1,800 yen for adults and 900 yen for elementary school children, and is free for children under elementary school age; it is served from 6:15 a.m. to 10 a.m. (last entry 9:45 a.m.). Meals for co-sleeping children are not included in the plan, so if you would like one, tell the front desk at check-in or on the day. For dinner, you can order separately at the restaurant or use room service. Room service takes orders by in-house phone from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a mainly Italian menu. There is also a Room Service Dinner Plan that brings a course meal to your room, but it covers adults only and does not include meals for co-sleeping children. Same-day tickets for the restaurant's course meal (3,000 yen per person) do not come with a children's menu. Baby food is not provided, and the hotel does not warm baby food you bring. Menus cannot be changed for food allergies, but an allergen chart is available.

Baths

There is no communal bath, onsen or private-hire bath at the hotel, so you bathe in your room's bathroom. A baby bath for newborns up to about 3 months can be borrowed by advance reservation.

Access

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Keisei Narita Station and a 10-minute walk from the east exit of JR Narita Station. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a 15-minute walk away, so you can head there on foot for New Year's visits or a stroll along Omotesando. A free shuttle bus to Narita Airport Terminals 2 and 1 leaves from the hotel's main entrance. It runs to the airport only, and seats are reserved in order of check-in. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is suspended. The on-site multi-level parking has 30 spaces at 1,000 yen per night; reservations are not accepted, and spaces go on a first-come, first-served basis. The automatic entrance doors lock after 1 a.m., so if you arrive late, ring the intercom.
