The 17 sq m Deluxe Single has one bed 140 cm wide by 203 cm long, sleeps 1 to 2 guests and sits on floors 8 to 12. The 17.5 sq m Standard Double has one 152 cm-wide bed, and the 21 sq m Corner Double has one 160 cm-wide bed. The 25.6 sq m Deluxe Twin and Hollywood Deluxe Twin have beds of 1,200 mm and 1,100 mm; a child can co-sleep on the 1,200 mm bed, which makes them well suited to families. The top-floor Luxury Floor has three 50 sq m room types, all of which use airweave mattresses and pillows found only on this floor. The Executive Twin has two 1,100 mm-wide beds plus one sofa bed and a jetted tub in the bathroom, and co-sleeping there is limited to children up to the lower grades of elementary school. The Premium Deluxe Twin has two 1,200 mm-wide beds, and the Luxury Room has two 1,200 mm-wide beds plus one sofa bed, with a shower booth and a jetted tub in the bathroom. An extra bed can be added only in twin rooms, at 4,000 yen; numbers are limited. There are no bed guards, but in some room types the bed can be moved against the wall, and there are also Hollywood-type rooms where two beds stand flush against each other, so you will need to ask the front desk. Whether a room is smoking or non-smoking is fixed by room type: the Hollywood Deluxe Twin and Executive Twin are smoking rooms only, and the Premium Deluxe Twin is non-smoking only. If you want a Hollywood-type room with the beds flush together in a non-smoking room, check before booking. On the 8th floor there are rooms where the view cannot be promised, in some cases because a high-voltage distribution room stands outside the window.
