The 17 sq m Deluxe Single has one bed 140 cm wide by 203 cm long, sleeps 1 to 2 guests and is located on floors 8 to 12. The 17.5 sq m Standard Double has one bed 152 cm wide, and the 21 sq m Corner Double has one bed 160 cm wide. The 25.6 sq m Deluxe Twin and Hollywood Deluxe Twin have a 1,200 mm bed and a 1,100 mm bed; a child can co-sleep on the 1,200 mm bed, which makes these rooms a good fit for families. The top-floor Luxury Floor has three types of 50 sq m rooms, all using airweave mattresses and pillows found only on this floor. The Executive Twin has two 1,100 mm beds and one sofa bed, with a jetted tub in the bathroom. The Premium Deluxe Twin has two 1,200 mm beds. The Luxury Room has two 1,200 mm beds and one sofa bed, with a shower booth and a jetted tub in the bathroom. An extra bed can be added in twin rooms only, for 4,000 yen (numbers are limited). There are no bed guards, but in some room types the bed can be pushed against the wall, and there is also a Hollywood type where two beds stand side by side with no gap, so please ask the front desk. Smoking and non-smoking are fixed by room type: the Premium Deluxe Twin is non-smoking only. Information on whether the Hollywood Deluxe Twin and Executive Twin are smoking or non-smoking varies, so if you would like one as a non-smoking room, please check before booking. On the 8th floor, the view cannot be guaranteed for some rooms; for example, a high-voltage electrical room stands outside some of the windows.
