Hotel Keyakigate Tokyo Fuchu is a business hotel connected by a covered deck to the No. 8 exit at the north side of Fuchu Station on the Keio Line, so you arrive without getting wet even on a rainy day. All 156 rooms are non-smoking, and they range from singles to triples to suit the size of your family. Co-sleeping is free for children under school age, up to one child per bed, and there are stay plans that come with passports to Sanrio Puroland and Yomiuriland. There is no communal bath or private-hire bath, so bathing is in your own room's bathroom, but the route from the front desk to the guest rooms is step-free and easy to manage with a stroller.
Rooms
Guest rooms accommodate from 1 to 3 guests. The Single Room is 15 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, with one 140 cm-wide bed. The Double Room is 17 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, with a 160 cm-wide queen-size bed. The Twin Room is 21 sq m with two 110 cm-wide beds, and the two beds can be pushed together, which makes it a good choice for families with children. The Triple Room is 29 sq m with two 110 cm-wide beds plus one 110 cm-wide extra bed, so it works for three guests. There is also a Relax Twin room type, likewise 29 sq m with two 110 cm-wide beds, for up to 3 guests. In the Triple Room, 3 adults plus up to 3 co-sleeping children under school age can stay, for a maximum of 6 people per room. Breakfast is served buffet-style with both Japanese and Western dishes in the multipurpose space on the 2nd floor. It runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with last entry at 10 a.m., and costs 1,500 yen including tax. Alongside a daily-changing Japanese menu, you can also enjoy Western standards such as scrambled eggs and bacon. Booking sites state that breakfast is free for children under school age, but that wording predates the January 2026 breakfast price revision, so it is worth confirming children's rates with the hotel when you book. The hotel serves breakfast only and has no room service, but a cafe and a drugstore are in the same building, making it easy to pick up drinks, diapers and other supplies.
Family-Friendly Features
Co-sleeping is free of charge for children under school age, up to one child per bed. In that case, amenities such as towels and bedding such as pillows are not provided. Note that co-sleeping is not permitted in Twin Rooms on the early-booking discount plan, so the rules differ by plan. Elementary school children, in both the lower and upper grades, pay 100% of the adult rate. Babies and toddlers are accepted free of charge only when they need neither meals nor bedding; the hotel does not accept babies or toddlers who require bedding. There is no communal bath, private-hire bath or sauna, and guest rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The all-gender restroom has a diaper-changing table. There is a coin laundry in the building: the washing machine costs 300 yen per load and the dryer 100 yen for 10 minutes, and detergent is sold at the front desk for 100 yen per packet. The route from the front desk to the guest rooms is barrier-free with no steps, and the rooms themselves have no steps either, so getting around with a stroller is easy. There is no childcare service. Junior high school students and younger cannot stay on their own without guardian consent, and even guests of high school age and above who are minors need a written consent form from a person with parental authority. All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is limited to the smoking room on the 2nd floor. Checkout is normally at 11 a.m., but it can be extended until 1 p.m. at the latest for a fee, which helps families with babies and toddlers who need time to get ready in the morning.
Access
The hotel connects directly to the No. 8 exit at the north side of Fuchu Station on the Keio Line via the covered Fuchu Skynard pedestrian deck, so you can reach it without getting rained on. There is no hotel parking or affiliated parking, so if you come by car you will need to use a nearby pay parking lot. Shinjuku Station is about 20 minutes away on the Keio Line. Yomiuriland is about 20 minutes away by Keio Line (get off at Keio-yomiuri-land Station), and Sanrio Puroland about 25 to 30 minutes (get off at Keio-tama-center Station). There is a plan that includes a Sanrio Puroland day passport ticket and a plan that includes a Yomiuriland one-day passport ticket, the latter set for dates through December 31, 2026. Availability differs from one booking site to another, so checking the list of accommodation plans on the hotel's own website as well is the surest approach.
