An open atrium courtyard spreads across the main floor on the 7th floor, and the guest rooms have 3-meter ceilings, are all non-smoking, and all have an air purifier with a humidifying function. The hotel occupies the upper floors of OPA, the shopping mall complex in front of the South Exit of Shin-Yurigaoka Station; from the first-floor entrance you take the elevator up to the main lobby on the 7th floor. There are 79 rooms in all, and all rooms became non-smoking in 2021. The rooms have 3-meter ceilings, and the beds use antiviral-treated duvet-style bedding, with antiviral-treated down futon comforters and pillows in every room. The Standard Double Room is 17 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, with one bed measuring 140 cm wide by 195 cm long. The Deluxe Double Room is 23 sq m for 1 to 2 guests, with a bed 140 cm wide by 195 cm long. The Standard Twin is 26 sq m with two 110 cm-wide beds for 1 to 2 guests, and the Modern King Room is 26 sq m with one 180 cm-wide bed for 1 to 2 guests. The Deluxe Twin is 32 sq m with two 120 cm-wide beds for 1 to 3 guests, and the Executive Suite on the top floor is 70 sq m, with the living area and bedroom separated, two 120 cm-wide beds and space for 1 to 2 guests. For a party of 3, you can either take the Triple Room, which has three beds measuring 120 cm wide by 195 cm long, or add an extra bed measuring 112 cm wide by 195 cm long to a Deluxe Twin Room. A room normally takes up to 3 guests, so parties of 4 or more will be split across several rooms. Connecting rooms exist in only some of the rooms and must be reserved. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function, and trouser presses, irons, chargers and similar items are available to borrow at the front desk in limited numbers.

The casual restaurant Le Ciel Molino inside the hotel is entirely non-smoking, with 40 seats at tables spaced generously apart. The hotel also has the Chinese restaurant Manpukuro and Umenohana, which specializes in yuba (tofu skin) and tofu. Children's chairs and a kids' menu are available. Guests with food allergies are asked to let the hotel know in advance, and meals accommodating allergies can be arranged. Breakfast is served at the 7th-floor restaurant from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last entry at 9:45 a.m., in a semi-buffet style with around 20 items, including a salad bar of about 7 kinds, Japanese side dishes, bread and rice, yogurt and desserts. Staying guests can have it for an additional 1,000 yen (elementary school age and older), and it is free for children who are co-sleeping. Room service is not offered, so meals cannot be eaten in the room.

There is no communal bath, private-hire bath or sauna, so bathing is done in your own room. For accessibility, a bathroom grab bar and a bath chair are available to borrow, wheelchairs can be borrowed, and check-in can be handled in writing. There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom inside the building.
Family-Friendly Features
Young children under school age can stay by co-sleeping, with no accommodation charge. Children of elementary school age and older pay the same rate as an adult. When booking online, "Child Rate A" means elementary school age and older and "Child Rate B" means children under school age (co-sleeping, without bedding or meals); the co-sleeping category exists only for children under school age. On accommodation plans listed on Ikyu.com (a Japanese booking site), co-sleeping is limited to one child, and both upper-grade and lower-grade elementary school children are charged 100% of the adult rate. Guests who would like a crib are asked to request one when booking; it is available only in the Deluxe Twin Room, free of charge, for children up to 24 months old. The Deluxe Twin Room is also the only room where the beds can be pushed together, and this cannot be arranged on the day, so it needs to be discussed in advance. There is no childcare service. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and can handle late-night check-ins. Extending your checkout time carries an additional charge and may not be possible depending on room availability.
Access
It is a 1-minute walk from the South Exit of Shin-Yurigaoka Station on the Odakyu Line, and a 1-minute walk to the Seven-Eleven convenience store across from the hotel. Since July 27, 2026, a free shuttle bus has run direct to HANA BIYORI and Hanakei no Yu, departing from the hotel at 35 minutes past each hour - the first bus at 8:35 a.m. on weekends and holidays and 9:35 a.m. on weekdays, and the last at 9:35 p.m. - with a one-way ride of about 20 minutes. Only guests visiting HANA BIYORI and Hanakei no Yu may board, and capacity is 36 people. The accommodation plan information gives the following journey times: about 22 minutes to Yomiuriland by Odakyu Bus, about 17 minutes to the Fujiko F. Fujio Museum by Kawasaki City Bus from Noborito Station, and about 20 minutes to Kodomonokuni by Odakyu Bus from Tsurukawa Station. Parking is available for 38 cars at 1,000 yen per night, and if the lot in front is full you will be directed to the second parking lot. The hotel's own parking is a mechanical system that takes time to get a car in and out, so guests are encouraged to use the ground-level second parking lot, a 2-minute walk away. The hotel's main entrance with its porte-cochere is on the roadway side rather than the station side. Check-in is at 2 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. An English page is also available.
