Oku Nikko Hotel Shikisai is an onsen inn in Oku Nikko where you can enjoy nature through all four seasons. The hotel takes pride in its communal bath fed by a natural sulfur spring and in its kaiseki (multi-course Japanese) meals, and every room has a toilet with a bidet function and an empty refrigerator.

Every room has a toilet with a bidet function, internet access over Wi-Fi and an empty refrigerator. Through the seasons the windows frame fresh young leaves and vivid autumn foliage. All rooms are non-smoking.

Dinner and breakfast are both served in the restaurant, where the menu includes three kinds of kaiseki (multi-course Japanese) meals, among other dishes.
Please note
There is no elevator in the building, and the communal bath and the restaurant can be reached only by stairs. Older guests, and anyone who finds stairs difficult, are welcome to ask the hotel about rooms close to the baths and the dining area.
For families with children
Co-sleeping is free of charge for children ages 0 to 2. A welcome drink service is also offered as a perk. Guests with tattoos may bathe only if the tattoos can be covered with tattoo cover seals (10 x 15 cm, up to 2 sheets). Cover seals are sold at the front desk for JPY 250 each.
