The Riverside Garden View King is 57 sq m for 1-2 guests, with one bed measuring 183 cm wide by 203 cm long and 34 cm high. Every room has a private balcony with views of the lake or the mountains. Baths and Onsen
The onsen communal bath and open-air bath draw on the source of Nikko Yumoto Onsen, which has a history of more than 1,200 years. It is a sulfur spring that turns milky white on contact with the air. Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the baths closed from noon to 2 p.m. for cleaning. Staying guests can use them free of charge. Children who have not completed toilet training are asked to refrain from bathing, as is bathing in a swim diaper. Children under 6 may bathe together with a parent or accompanying adult of the opposite sex. Children ages 16 and under must be accompanied by someone aged 20 or over. The bathtubs in the guest rooms are not fed by the hot spring, so the onsen can be enjoyed only at the bathing facility. There is no private-hire family bath.
