The living room has a king-size daybed, a dining table seating 6, a television, a microwave and a water server. Groups of 5 or more guests share these beds for sleeping. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large gas cooktop, a refrigerator, a separate freezer, a full set of cooking utensils and tableware, and a front-loading washing machine, and free drinks including mineral water and red and white wine are provided.
Dining
Stays are room-only without meals. Guests are encouraged to bring in or cook their own breakfast, and groceries can be picked up at the Co-op Tamagusuku store 5 minutes away by car. A BBQ can be added as a dinner option for 3,500 yen per person, with local vegetables, beef, pork and chicken grilled over charcoal. Orders must be placed by 2 days before the stay, and because the ingredients are prepared in advance, cancellation on the day incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Baths
The baths are not onsen. Bedroom A has its own bathroom and Bedroom B its own shower room, each used by the family alone. There is no shared communal bath, and no barrier-free facilities are provided.

Co-sleeping is available for up to 5 guests, and elementary school children pay 100% of the adult rate, whether in the upper or lower grades. Infants and toddlers are accepted only on a co-sleeping basis with no meals and no bedding, for 2,000 yen; no other arrangement, such as with meals or with bedding, is accepted for this age group. The outdoor private pool includes a children's pool. Because the villa sits in a lush natural setting, geckos and other creatures may be seen depending on the season and weather. During typhoons, strong winds or heavy rain, use of the pool and other outdoor facilities may be suspended or restricted for safety.
Access
Check-in takes place at the front desk of the main building, which is in a different location from the villa, so on arrival head first to MARINX CLASSIC HARBOR VIEW PENSION. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m.; guests arriving after 8 p.m. should notify the property in advance and complete a self-check-in. The villa is about 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport, with free parking on the grounds.
