The Bise Fukugi tree-lined avenue is a rare stretch of road in the northern part of Okinawa's main island, where Fukugi trees said to be around 300 years old form a green tunnel. Fukugi Terrace is a room-only, condominium-style whole-building rental with its rooms scattered among these trees. There are three room types - the Suite and the Deluxe at the main building, Fukugi Terrace, and the Suite at the annex, Bise Terrace - and each is a stand-alone house with its own private garden.

A washing machine and a gas dryer are in the room as well, with detergent and fabric softener provided free of charge, so making formula, warming baby food and washing soiled clothes all happen in the same setting you would have at home. There is no staff on site and check-in is self-service, so your family has the place to itself, without worrying about crying at night or the ordinary sounds of daily life - one of the real pleasures of a whole-building rental.
