All 69 rooms are non-smoking, and every room has a kitchen, a dining table and a washer-dryer. Three room types sleep up to 4 guests: the 1-Bedroom Family Apartment (40 sq m), with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed; the Pokémon Room (40 sq m); and the Japanese Apartment (35 sq m), which has tatami, 2 single beds and 2 sets of futon bedding. The 1-Bedroom Family Apartment and the Pokémon Room take up to 4 adults plus 2 children. The Deluxe 1-Bedroom Family Apartment (60 sq m) has 4 single beds and 1 bunk bed, and the Deluxe 1-Bedroom Japanese Apartment (60 sq m) has 4 single beds and 2 sets of futon bedding; both take up to 6 adults plus 2 children. The Connecting Family Apartment (80 sq m) is two rooms linked by an inner door, with 4 single beds and 2 bunk beds, and takes up to 8 adults plus 4 children. The Accessible Japanese Apartment has wider passageways and a universally designed en-suite bathroom, with 2 single beds and 2 sets of futon bedding. The Japanese Apartment and the Accessible Japanese Apartment also take up to 4 adults plus 2 children. Guests make up the futon bedding and sofa beds themselves. The Pokémon Room is decorated with 100 Pokémon placed all around the room, and its kitchen has original-design plates and mugs.
