Rooms
The hotel offers several room types, from Western-style Classic Twin rooms to Japanese-style tatami rooms and suites. The Classic Twin in Japanese-Western style is 36 sq m with two single beds and two sets of futon bedding, and up to 3 children under school age who do not need futon bedding can co-sleep. The Japanese-style tatami room (10 tatami mats) has four sets of futon bedding, and likewise up to 3 children under school age can co-sleep. The Classic Junior Suite (Japanese-Western style, 72 sq m), which sleeps up to 6 guests, has two single beds and four sets of futon bedding, with up to 3 children under school age able to co-sleep. The Family Room (formerly the Baby Room, 36 sq m) has two single beds and accommodates co-sleeping for up to 2 children under school age. A crib is installed only in this Family Room; in all other rooms, children either co-sleep or use an extra bed. One wheelchair-accessible Classic Accessible Room, for 2 guests, is also available each day.
Dining
Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style in the restaurant. In-room dining is not offered as a rule, so even guests staying in a Japanese-style tatami room have dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The dinner buffet offers baby food and paper bibs, and the breakfast buffet has a corner with children's menu items. A dedicated policy covers allergy accommodations.
Baths and onsen
The communal bath is on the first basement floor. The indoor bath uses heated water, while the open-air bath uses Miyazu no Yu Rayura onsen water. The spring water is a sodium chloride strong-salt cold mineral spring. Hours are 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Wheelchair users can move as far as the changing room of the communal bath.
