forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.57 out of 5 (1,796 reviews). Guests praise the four private-hire baths that are free and need no reservation, extras such as yonaki soba (late-night noodles) and ice cream after the bath, the clean building and the attentive staff. On the downside, some guests note that rooms come with only one set of bath towels, which is inconvenient. Few reviews mention traveling with children, and most comments are written from an adult perspective.
