Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Check-in is not possible after 8 p.m.; in that case the reservation is treated as canceled and the full cancellation fee applies, so if you are traveling with children and may arrive late, contact the ryokan early. Payment on site is by cash only, and credit cards cannot be used. Two rental bicycles are available free of charge.
