Rooms
There are 31 rooms in all, mainly Japanese-style tatami rooms. The sea-side 10-tatami rooms, with a bath and toilet, look out over the Sea of Japan. The town-side 10-tatami rooms have a toilet but no bath, and are Japanese-style rooms filled with the pleasant scent of fresh tatami. There are 8-tatami rooms as well. An 18-tatami large room sleeps up to 8 guests and suits families and groups. The Japanese-modern twin rooms use mattresses by the Italian maker Magniflex. On the top floor there is a Special Room with a hinoki (Japanese cypress) view bath, which is not an onsen. The guest rooms also have an air purifier with a humidifying function. If you want to be sure of having dinner in your room or in a private room, you need to choose a sea-side Japanese-style room labeled "In-Room Dining", a Semi-Special Room or a Special Room. You cannot choose which of the two (your room or a private room) you will get.

Onsen and Baths
The men's communal bath, Yusen, is on the 1st floor, and the women's communal bath, Bisen, is on the 2nd floor; they do not swap between men and women. Because the source water is very hot, between 65 and 83°C, it is cooled by adding water and then flows straight from the source. There is an open-air bath too. Bathing hours are 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next morning, and 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. There is no private-hire bath, so if your room type has no bath, you will use the communal bath when bathing with a small child.

The inn is about 5 km from Yonago IC toward Sakaiminato. From JR Yonago Station it is about 15 minutes by taxi, or about 30 minutes on a bus bound for Kaike Onsen; get off at the Kanko Center bus stop and walk about 10 minutes. From Yonago Airport it is about 25 minutes by taxi. A shuttle runs to and from the nearest bus stop, Kaike Kanko Center. No advance reservation is needed: just contact the inn before or after you ride the bus and the inn will come to pick you up. Parking is free, with 30 spaces, and the sea is about a 1-minute walk away, which is handy during the swimming season.
