Rooms
A premium massage chair is installed in every room across all room types, and an air purifier is provided in every room as well. Rooms come in five types: a special room with a viewing garden, Japanese-Western rooms, superior twins, Japanese-style tatami rooms with a bath, and Japanese-style tatami rooms without a bath. The top-floor special room with a viewing garden has two semi-double beds measuring 110 cm wide by 195 cm long. The Japanese-Western room has a 10-tatami-mat Japanese-style area together with a Western-style room and covers 24 sq m. The superior twin is furnished with beds by France Bed measuring 110 cm by 200 cm. Capacity in the Japanese-style tatami rooms depends on the size of the room: rooms in the 8- to 10-tatami-mat class take 1 to 5 guests, while the spacious 15-tatami-mat room is roomy enough for about 7 adults to stay together.
Dining
Dinner and breakfast are served in the banquet hall, the dining area or a private room, and you cannot choose which. Children in the upper grades of elementary school are served a meal similar to the adult meal, while children in the lower grades of elementary school and children under school age receive a kids' meal. If anyone in your party has a food allergy, you can discuss it when you book. The dishes may change with the season.

The open-air bath and the communal bath use onsen water, and bathing hours are from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and from 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The open-air bath is divided into a men's bath and a women's bath. A private-hire bath is also available, but it is not an onsen; it holds up to 4 people, costs 2,200 yen per hour and must be booked in advance. There is only one private-hire bath, so a reservation is required.

From Yonago Station it is about 20 minutes by public bus or about 15 minutes by taxi, and about 20 minutes by car from Yonago Airport. There is free parking for 50 cars on the grounds. A free shuttle to the nearby bus stop, Kaike Kanko Center, is also available, but you need to contact the ryokan in advance. Kaike Onsen Kaiyu Beach is a 2-minute walk away.
