Three pools are available: a wave pool, a water slide and a toddlers' pool. The toddlers' pool is 50 cm deep, and children use it wearing swim pants together with an adult. Children of elementary school age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Pool admission is 600 yen for children under school age (ages 3 and over) and free for children under 3. Swim rings and beach balls can be rented for a fee and an air pump can be borrowed free of charge, but swimsuits are not available to borrow.

There are 78 guest rooms: 56 Japanese-style tatami rooms, 9 Western-style rooms, 4 special rooms, 7 modern Western-style rooms and 2 barrier-free Western-style rooms. The "size assigned by the hotel" Japanese-style tatami rooms range from 7.5 to 16 tatami mats, with the size matched to the number of guests, and each has a bathroom and toilet. The Standard Western-style room is about 30 sq m, with two semi-double beds (120 x 200 cm). The Modern Japanese-Western room is 48 sq m, with two semi-double beds and a tatami area equivalent to 7.5 mats, accommodating 2 to 5 guests. Larger 20-mat and 16-mat Japanese-style tatami rooms are also available, well suited to three-generation trips and groups. The barrier-free rooms have ramps and handrails so that guests can enter while remaining in a wheelchair; they are more spacious than the standard twin type, and only 2 are available. Futon bedding is laid out in the rooms before guests arrive.

For dinner, you can choose a start time of 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. Breakfast is generally served buffet-style, starting at 7 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. and finishing at 9 a.m. Elementary school children receive dishes similar to the adult menu for 70% of the adult accommodation rate, and children under school age receive a kids' meal for 50% of the adult accommodation rate. On weekends, a kids' buffet is also set out at breakfast. The hotel accommodates allergies as far as possible, but requests made on the day of arrival may not be possible, so please discuss them in advance. With advance reservation, dinner can also be served in a private banquet room, for a private-room charge of 5,000 yen per room. Bringing food and drink into the dining venues is not permitted as a rule; if you do bring drinks, a corkage charge of 2,200 yen per bottle applies.
Baths and Onsen
The communal onsen bath Seseragi has an indoor bath, an open-air bath and a mist sauna, with one of each for men and for women. The spring water is a simple weakly radioactive spring (a simple weak radon spring). It is open from 3 p.m. to midnight and again from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and day-use bathing is available from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays). There is no private-hire bath. The baths in the guest rooms are not fed by the hot spring.

A parent may take a child of the opposite sex into the onsen and changing rooms only up to the first grade of elementary school (age 7). Children under 3 are booked as co-sleeping without meals or bedding, and a separate facility-use charge applies. Children aged 3 and over must be booked with meals and bedding.
