Hotel New Otani Tokyo is a large city hotel a 3-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro, made up of three buildings: Executive House Zen, The Main and Garden Tower. In rooms outside Zen, children ages 0-12 can stay free of charge by co-sleeping, and crib rental is free as well. In summer there is an outdoor pool with a children's pool that staying guests can use free of charge, and a childcare service is available too. There is no onsen or communal bath, so bathing is essentially done using the facilities in your room.

Hotel New Otani Tokyo is made up of three buildings - Executive House Zen, The Main and Garden Tower - with 1,389 guest rooms in total. In The Main, the Standard Double is 36 sq m with one 200 cm-wide bed, and the Deluxe for 3 guests is 45 sq m with one 200 cm-wide bed and one 92 cm-wide bed. In Garden Tower, the Standard Triple is a 39.7 sq m room for 3 guests with two 110 cm-wide beds and one 97 cm-wide bed. Garden Tower also has connecting rooms that join two 27.3 sq m Standard Twins and accommodate 3 to 4 guests. There is also a room type called the Shin-Edo Room, where every room has a hinoki (Japanese cypress) bath. Do note that in Executive House Zen, co-sleeping is charged even for children aged 12 and under.
Dining
The breakfast buffet SATSUKI is on the lobby floor of The Main and opens at 7 a.m. Its high-ceilinged dining room seats 190 and serves more than 180 menu items. Breakfast is also available at the Garden Lounge in Garden Tower from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., including a Japanese and Western buffet at 6,900 yen. Stay benefits such as breakfast are not included for children who are co-sleeping, so breakfast for them has to be arranged separately.

In summer, staying guests can use the outdoor GARDEN POOL free of charge throughout their stay. In 2026 it runs from July 10 to September 6, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with last admission at 9:30 p.m., and alongside the 25 m pool there is a children's pool and a 3 m-deep diving pool. On August 7, 8, 14, 21 and 28, however, there is a midnight pool session, and during those hours entry is limited to ages 18 and over, so families with children need to choose a daytime slot.
