The Western-style room with a view bath has a view bath finished in hinoki cypress or stone, along with twin beds and a broad window-side space. Renovated in 2023, the spacious Japanese-Western room with sunset views pairs Ryukyu tatami with Simmons mattresses and measures either 77 sq m or 81 sq m; both of these rooms are non-smoking. The Japanese-Western special room, whose broad window-side space overlooks the Chikugo Plain, is a roomy layout with a Western-style room of twin beds and a 10-tatami Japanese-style tatami room. The Panorama Japanese-style special room has two broad window-side spaces and just the right amount of room for families and groups. There are also the standard Japanese-Western room with twin beds and an 8-tatami Japanese-style area, and standard Japanese-style tatami rooms of 10 to 12 tatami mats. Dinner can be taken in three ways: in-room dining, a private dining room or the banquet hall. The private dining venue Haruka has 7 private rooms with sunken-floor (horigotatsu) seating in a Japanese-modern setting - 6 rooms seating up to 4 guests and 1 room seating up to 2 - plus a further room with table seating for up to 8. With in-room dining, one attendant is assigned to each room and explains the dishes as they are served, which suits families with young children and guests who value their privacy. Dining in the banquet hall, which looks out over the Chikugo Plain, is recommended for guests who want a more affordable stay. Dinner for elementary school children comprises 9 dishes: Hamburg steak, a two-kind sashimi plate, karaage fried chicken, fried prawns, a Minobuta pork dish, chawanmushi savory egg custard, rice, soup, pickles and a fruit platter. For children under school age there is a kids' meal: a single plate with salad, 2 tawara-nigiri rice balls, karaage and fried prawns, served with Hamburg steak, soup, chawanmushi, fruit, juice and sweets. Breakfast also has a children's version, a plate of dishes children love served with juice and dessert. Baby food may be brought in, and the ryokan will warm it for you. If your child has a food allergy, you can let the ryokan know in advance.

Harazuru Onsen is known as the "double beauty-skin waters" because it holds two types of spring water with beauty-skin benefits, and it is served free-flowing from the source with no water added. There are two bathing areas: the view open-air bath Rabie on the high ground at 160 m, and the communal bath on the 1st floor. The communal bath and the open-air bath are not adjoining. The view open-air bath Rabie sits apart from the main building, and both the men's and women's sides have a sauna with a window framing the spectacular view. The 1st-floor communal bath also looks out over the Chikugo Plain. Some guest rooms come with their own onsen bath, in a choice of three types: Japanese-Western, Japanese-style tatami and Western-style. The Japanese-style tatami rooms with an open-air bath are private spaces where you can relax without worrying about other guests, so families with young children can settle in with peace of mind.
