The Loft Twin is 51 sq m and sleeps 1 to 4 guests, on the 3rd floor, in a maisonette layout with the same two beds; an extra bed is added for a third guest and a sofa bed for a fourth. The Deluxe Twin is 55 sq m and sleeps 1 to 4 guests: a corner room with windows on two sides and a canopy bed. In every room the bath and toilet are separate, which makes getting ready easier with young children.
