The special buffets held for limited periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays and Golden Week also feature dishes children love, including a chocolate fountain.

The communal bath uses Komeiseki artificial hot spring water and is open from 3 p.m. to midnight and from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Both the men's and women's changing rooms and bathing areas have been renovated, and each can accommodate up to 30 people. A baby bed is set up just before the entrance to the women's communal bath, where diapers can be changed as well. Day-use bathing is also accepted: 300 yen for elementary school children and younger, and free for children under school age.

A wheelchair is available to borrow as a barrier-free provision, and meals accommodating allergies can be arranged. There are about 10 steps in front of the main entrance, so a stroller has to be lifted to get in and out. If you use a wheelchair, contact the hotel in advance and staff can assist you.

The Kitanomine Gondola base station is about a 7-minute walk away, and Furano Ski Resort is about 10 minutes by car, with no shuttle service.
