Breakfast is a varied Japanese and Western buffet with soup curry, Asahikawa-style soy sauce ramen and sea bream broth chazuke (rice with broth poured over it), plus a wide selection of freshly baked bread. Elementary school children are served the same menu as adults, and a separate kids' set menu can be arranged for children under school age. The children's dinner comes on a cute single plate, and a children's breakfast set decorated with characters sometimes appears at breakfast. The special buffets held for limited periods, such as the year-end and New Year holidays and Golden Week, also include dishes children love, such as a chocolate fountain.
Baths
The communal bath uses Komeiseki artificial onsen water and is open from 3 p.m. to midnight and from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. The changing rooms and bathing areas have been renovated on both the men's and women's sides, and each side can take up to 30 people. A baby bed is set up just before the entrance to the women's communal bath, and you can change diapers there too. Day-use bathing is also accepted: 300 yen for elementary school children and younger, and free for children under school age.

As a barrier-free provision, a wheelchair is available to borrow, and meals that take allergies into account can be arranged. From Sapporo IC, it is about 30 minutes on the Do-o Expressway to Mikasa IC, then about 1 hour 30 minutes from Mikasa IC to Kitanomine. The Kitanomine Gondola base station is about a 7-minute walk away, and Furano Ski Resort is about 3 to 5 minutes by car (no shuttle).
