The lobby lounge has coffee and other drinks to help yourself to, along with a toaster and a microwave, handy for preparing food with children. Guests praise the open-air bath as well, where the sea also feels close. Guests do point out that there are extremely few places to eat nearby, so meals take some planning.

Rooms
All 90 guest rooms are compact, averaging 25 sq m. The beds are made by Simmons with sleeping comfort in mind: twin rooms have two beds 120 cm wide, and king rooms have one bed 180 cm wide. Ocean-view rooms are also available, looking straight out over the sea. Bathrooms have a shower booth rather than a bathtub, fitted with a rain shower that envelops you from head to toe. Rooms also come with free high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, a refrigerator and a safe.
Dining
There is no restaurant on the property, and the only breakfast option is a breakfast box, which must be reserved in advance. It is a bento of Kishu ingredients, including the local specialty mehari-zushi (rice wrapped in pickled mustard-leaf greens), collected at the front desk between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. The lobby lounge offers free coffee, tea and miso soup, along with a microwave and an ice machine. The marketplace also sells light refreshments such as mikan orange products, a local specialty of the prefecture, and regional craft beers.
Baths and Onsen
The first basement floor houses Bokai no Yu, the onsen facility of the roadside station, and guests may use it as often as they like within its opening hours during their stay. It is open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last admission at 9:30 a.m., and from noon to 11 p.m., with last admission at 10:30 p.m.; on the day you check in, you can use it from 3 p.m. The spring water is an alkaline simple onsen, and the open-air bath looks out over the Karekinada coast, so you can bathe while gazing at the sea. From June 1, 2026, guests aged 12 and over, including children who are co-sleeping, pay a separate bathing tax of 150 yen per person per night, payable on site.
Family-Friendly Features
One child of elementary school age or under may co-sleep free of charge per adult. However, no children's amenities are provided, so please bring your own. If a child sleeps in a bed or futon of their own, the adult rate applies, and the booking must be made for that number of guests. Infants staying without meals and without bedding can co-sleep free of charge, but infants cannot be accepted with meals or with bedding. Accommodation plans also have a set children's rate.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Esumi Station on the JR Kisei Main Line, and a 5-minute walk from the Susami Marriott stop of the airport bus from Nanki-Shirahama Airport. Parking has space for 40 cars, free for staying guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
