There are 17 guest rooms in all, in the following types: Standard Room (futon or bed), Room with Anteroom (futon or bed), Semi-Special Room for 2 guests (bed), Semi-Special Room (futon or bed), and Special Room (bed). The Standard Room (futon) has an 8-tatami-mat main room plus a dining area, measures 43 to 51 sq m and sleeps 1 to 3 guests. The Standard Room (bed) has an 8-tatami-mat main room plus a dining area, measures 40 to 44 sq m, sleeps 1 to 3 guests, and has two beds 120 cm wide by 195 cm long. The Room with Anteroom (futon) has a main room of 8 to 10 tatami mats plus a 6-tatami room, measures 54 sq m and sleeps 1 to 5 guests, while the Room with Anteroom (bed) has an 8-tatami main room plus a 6-tatami room, measures 52.6 sq m and sleeps up to 4. The Semi-Special Room for 2 guests (bed) has 8 tatami mats plus a 10-tatami dining area, measures 57.9 sq m and sleeps up to 2. Both dinner and breakfast are served in your room, as kaiseki cuisine that makes the most of local ingredients. Dinner begins between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., and every dish is served by 9 p.m. Breakfast is a Japanese-style meal of fresh raw eggs from Okera Farm, freshly made tofu and other dishes arranged in a Wajima lacquerware bento box, served from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. Children's meals are available, and items you can use during your stay, such as children's cutlery, are on hand as well; you are welcome to ask about borrowing them.

Beniya owns 4 of its own spring sources, giving 100% natural onsen water that flows at 70 liters per minute at about 70°C. The spring water is a sodium-calcium chloride spring. There are 2 communal baths and 2 open-air baths, available from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning, and water is added to adjust the temperature. Every room has its own semi-open-air bath fed straight from the source, so you can bathe whenever you like without watching the clock. Children who are not yet out of diapers (not yet toilet-trained) are asked to refrain from using the communal baths and to use the bath in their room instead. Children aged 7 and over are asked to refrain from bathing in the communal bath of the opposite gender. Guests with tattoos cannot use the communal baths.
