forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.12 out of 5 (1,007 reviews). Guests traveling with small children say they appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being given a corner room, and being shown to seats with tableware for little ones and room to park a stroller. Guests also praise the motsunabe and yudofu at breakfast, and some reviews mention a good selection of video on demand for children. On the other hand, some guests found the outdoor pool small and too deep for little ones, an awkward fit either way, so they did not use it.
