forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.56 out of 5 (2,459 reviews). Guests report that the direct connection to Nakasu-Kawabata Station lets them reach Fukuoka Airport, Hakata Station and Tenjin Station without getting wet, which families found a real help when traveling with children during the rainy season. They also rate the staff's service and hospitality highly. On the other hand, some guests found the small number of hand towels and the lack of a freezer in the refrigerator inconvenient.
