Stays that include meals or bedding for babies and toddlers are not accepted, so families with young children stay on a co-sleeping basis. There is also a Standard Triple room that sleeps up to 3 guests.
Rooms
There are five room types: Standard Double at 18.7 sq m, Superior Double at 20.7 sq m, Superior King at 25.3 sq m, Standard Twin at 23.9 sq m and Standard Triple at 26.6 sq m. The Double, King and Twin rooms sleep 1-2 guests, while only the Triple sleeps 1-3. The Standard Triple is designed for families and groups of women, giving all three guests a chair of their own to relax in. Beds measure 1,500 x 1,960 mm in the Standard Double and Superior Double, 1,800 x 1,960 mm in the Superior King, 1,200 x 1,960 mm in the Standard Twin and 1,100 x 1,960 mm in the Standard Triple. Rooms come with an air purifier with a humidifying function and deodorizing spray. Bed sheets are changed once every 3 days, with a full change on the fourth night, and daily housekeeping covers bed making, towel changes, trash collection and cleaning of the room.

Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (last entry 10 a.m.) at the first-floor restaurant Nokabanzai Mantei Hakata Gion, with live kitchens for nigiri sushi, Fukuoka's famous ramen and shabu-shabu. The price is 2,860 yen for adult hotel guests and 1,980 yen for elementary school children. Room service is not available.
Baths
The top floor, the 13th, has a communal bath reserved for staying guests, free of charge. It has an indoor bath, an open-air bath and a steam sauna, and is open from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next morning and from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. There is no private-hire bath. Age restrictions on mixed bathing apply to children using the communal bath. Restrictions on guests with body art or tattoos have been removed.
