It is made up of four wings - Club InterContinental, Bay Wing, Ocean Wing and Coral Wing - and the Coral Wing has rooms where you take off your shoes and relax on Ryukyu tatami. There are four indoor and outdoor pools plus a kids' pool with a water slide, and co-sleeping is free for children aged 12 and under. Cribs and strollers are available to borrow free of charge, so the resort is well set up for families with young children.
Rooms
The resort has four wings - Club InterContinental, Bay Wing, Ocean Wing and Coral Wing - and the Coral Wing rooms are the style where you take off your shoes and relax on Ryukyu tatami. The Deluxe Coral Bunk Room has bunk beds and sleeps up to 5 guests. The Classic Rooms in the Ocean Wing and Coral Wing are 40-50 sq m for 1-3 guests, with two beds measuring 120 cm wide x 200 cm long x 28 cm high. When 3 guests share the room, an extra bed is added. Bed widths differ by wing: 1200 mm x 2000 mm in the Ocean Wing, 1340 mm x 1950 mm in the Coral Wing, and 1350 mm x 2030 mm in the Bay Wing and Club InterContinental. When a child aged 12 and under is co-sleeping, you can either push one bed against the wall and have the child sleep on the wall side, or join the two beds together.

Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet at Sun Coast Cafe, served from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. About 30 items are laid out, including salads, warm vegetables, made-to-order egg dishes, Okinawan dishes such as rafute (braised pork belly) and mozuku (a fine seaweed), and fruit. Breakfast is not included for co-sleeping children aged 12 and under, even on a plan that includes breakfast. If you would like breakfast for them, it is free for ages 5 and under, half the adult rate for ages 6 to 12, and the same as the adult rate for ages 13 and over. Dietary restrictions such as food allergies can be accommodated as far as possible if you inquire in advance. The kitchen also handles dishes containing allergens, however, so trace amounts may be mixed in during cooking or washing up. Baby food is not provided, so you either choose from the existing menu or bring your own, though staff can warm it for you.
Baths
There is no communal bath, sauna or jacuzzi, and no onsen. Every room has its own bath and toilet, so bathing with your children means using the bathroom in your room.

Children's amenities include slippers, a toothbrush and a plastic cup. Disposable diapers, both the pull-up type and swim diapers, can be bought at the convenience store inside the hotel. The garden next to the Ocean Wing has a swing. The outdoor Sunrise Pool has a water slide and a kids' pool, where the children's section starts at 30 cm deep, while the indoor pool has no children's pool and is 90 cm deep. All of the pools can be used from age 0; children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian, and may use the pools while wearing a swim diaper. The Sunrise Pool is exclusively for guests staying in the Ocean Wing and Coral Wing. In the Ocean Wing and Coral Wing, the hotel can set up a ramp at the room entrance, fit a shower cap to the bathtub and install a handrail in the toilet, and a dedicated shower carry chair is available to borrow as well. The Bay Wing has one barrier-free room.
