730HOTELS., on the third floor of the 730COURT shopping complex in the center of Ishigaki Island, is a private villa booked out by one group per day. It occupies a single floor of about 160 sq m, with a two-bedroom layout including a living-dining-kitchen area (2LDK) plus a terrace room, and sleeps up to 10 guests. There are five double beds measuring 145 cm wide by 200 cm long by 35 cm high, and use by 5 adults is recommended. The bathrooms and toilets are split between two separate locations, which helps when the family is all getting ready at the same time in the morning. A kitchen, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and tableware are provided, along with a washing machine and dryer, so the villa also works for longer stays with young children.
Dining
The stay plans include neither breakfast nor dinner, so cooking in the kitchen is the norm. During your stay you can enjoy around 10 kinds of drinks at no additional charge, including Orion Beer and highballs as well as cola and mango juice, with soft drinks for children and for guests who prefer not to drink alcohol. If you book at least 7 days before your stay, you can also have a visiting chef come to the villa to cook Okinawan or Italian cuisine. Please note that infants cannot be accepted on a plan that includes meals.
Sauna and Baths
The terrace room has a self-service loyly sauna, where you pour the water on the hot stones yourself, along with a tub for a cold plunge, and both can be used at any time. You can use them as often as you like during your stay at no additional charge. Because the villa is booked by one group per day, you can also use them without worrying about other guests.
Family-friendly features
Children are welcome to stay, and children aged 5 and under are not counted toward the number of guests if they co-sleep. Children aged 6 and over are counted as one adult each. Under the plan's child rates, co-sleeping is available for up to 5 children, and elementary school children, in both the upper and lower grades, are charged 100% of the adult rate. The villa is about 30 minutes by car from Ishigaki Airport and a 5-minute walk from the Ritou Terminal bus stop. The Misakicho entertainment district is also within walking distance. Parking reserved for guests is available free of charge. The parking lot is about a 6-minute walk away, which is worth keeping in mind if you are carrying luggage or pushing a stroller.
