For groups, a two-story guesthouse near the hotel is available as a whole building, for parties of 5 or more. Surrounded by the scenery of Yonaguni Island, you can have a barbecue while watching Japan's last sunset of the day, or simply spend the evening talking together. Rooms come with a bath, shower and toilet, a hair dryer, a television, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, along with yukata, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner, body soap and razors. For the hair dryer, please ask at the front desk. Every room also has an air purifier.

Villa Eden no Sachi is a Western-style boutique hotel and the only place on Yonaguni Island where you can stay with two meals a day included; breakfast and dinner come as a set, and room-only stays are also possible. The adjoining restaurant Southern Call serves breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for staying guests only, and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., except on Tuesdays, it also serves an izakaya (casual Japanese pub) menu. Group lunches must be reserved by telephone in advance. The menu includes dishes built around chomeiso (the Okinawan long-life plant), marlin sashimi, shiira (mahi-mahi) grilled with koji (fermented rice culture), vegetables and papaya grown on Yonaguni, and homemade yogurt, and you can also try azami noodles, a local noodle dish born on Yonaguni Island.

Families with small children can stay here, and guests are asked to let the hotel know when booking if they will be co-sleeping or have a preference about the number of beds. Rates and the conditions for accepting a booking can differ depending on the ages and number of children, so it is best to check in advance. The hotel is about 7 minutes by car from Yonaguni Airport, right beside Kubura Port and within walking distance of it. On the grounds there is free parking for 10 cars, with no reservation needed, and because spaces are limited, guests are directed to nearby parking when the lot is full. A stop for the free local bus that circles the island is also right nearby. The hill where you can see the last sun in Japan go down is a 3-minute walk away. Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and checkout is by 10 a.m.; depending on availability, you can also ask about an early check-in or a late checkout, and an additional charge may apply outside the specified hours.
