Menu items include dishes made with chomeiso (a local herb known as the Okinawan long-life plant), marlin sashimi, and shiira (mahi-mahi) grilled with koji (fermented rice culture), vegetables and papaya grown on Yonaguni, homemade yogurt, and Azami noodles, a local noodle dish originating on Yonaguni Island.
