On plans that include meals, you pick up your food at the first-floor bar counter and eat it in your room, in the first-floor lounge or on the second-floor terrace. The menu uses Atami ingredients, with dishes such as hand-rolled seafood sushi and kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) sandwiches. Guests need to do any cooking themselves, such as cooking the rice or heating dishes. The first-floor lounge has tableware for babies and toddlers and children's chairs, and baby food, children's drinks and children's cutlery are provided as well. Baths and Onsen
The basement floor has a communal bath supplied with Atami municipal onsen water. The men's bath has a sauna and the women's bath has a lie-down bath, and the two are not swapped. Hours are from 3 p.m. to midnight and from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. No towels are provided at the communal bath, so you need to bring the bath towel from your room, though a carry basket and in-house slippers are provided. The universal restroom in the first-floor lounge has a diaper-changing table, and the women's communal bath also has a baby bed. Suite Rooms 91 and 93 on the top floor each have their own semi-open-air jacuzzi bath, but it is not onsen water.

Co-sleeping terms are set by plan. On plans for rooms with a bunk bed and a single bed, co-sleeping is limited to one child, and elementary school children in both the upper and lower grades are charged 100% of the adult rate. Some plans, on the other hand, cannot accept babies or toddlers at all, whether or not meals and bedding are included, so if you are thinking of staying with a little one, it is worth checking the conditions of your chosen plan before booking. Because this is an unstaffed property where check-in is done at a tablet terminal in the first-floor lobby, luggage cannot be stored before or after check-in. By bus it is about 10 minutes from Atami Station: get off at the Marine Spa Atami stop on the Korakuen Line or at the Shinsui Koen stop on the Izuhakone Bus. There is a dedicated off-site parking area for 29 cars, available only to guests staying in a room that comes with parking. Parking can be used from 2 p.m. until 11 a.m. the next morning, and consecutive-night stays are not covered.
