Chatan Mihama Cordio Premium is a 15-room hotel of Japanese-style tatami rooms in Mihama, Chatan-cho, in the central part of Okinawa's main island. American Village is a 2-minute walk away and Chatan Sunset Beach is close by, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. Rooms sleep up to 7 guests and combine two single beds with futon bedding, so they suit families and groups alike. It is a smart hotel with self check-in, a shared kitchen and an unstaffed shop.
Rooms
The guest rooms are Japanese-style tatami rooms that sleep up to 7. The Japanese-style tatami Group Room is 60 sq m, with a bedroom holding two single beds (100 cm wide by 200 cm long) and a living area with 5 sets of futon bedding. The Japanese-style tatami Group Suite is 85 sq m and is the only suite in the hotel, with a wide terrace and a living area with 7 sets of futon bedding. Every room has a bath and toilet. The whole property is non-smoking, and roomwear and gowns are not provided.
Dining
No meals are served, breakfast included, so stays are room-only. Rooms come with an electric hot-water kettle and a refrigerator; a microwave is available only in some rooms and must be reserved in advance. There is also a shared kitchen in the building.
Baths
There is no onsen, communal bath or private-hire bath. Guests bathe in their own room's bathroom, which has a separate washing area.

Up to 4 children can co-sleep. Elementary school children, in both the upper and lower grades, are charged 100% of the adult rate. Babies and toddlers stay free of charge with no meals and no bedding, or at 100% of the adult rate with no meals but with bedding; babies and toddlers cannot be accepted on a plan that includes meals. There is no childcare service. For a stay by minors only, an accommodation consent form must be presented. No staff are stationed at the front desk, and check-in is done by yourself on a tablet. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m., though checkout may be at 12 p.m. depending on how you booked. Early check-in is not available.
Access
The hotel is at 2-5-18 Mihama, Chatan-cho, Nakagami-gun, Okinawa, right at the entrance to American Village, with a convenience store within a 5-minute walk. From Naha Airport it is about 40 minutes by car via Route 58, or about 35 minutes using the Okinawa Expressway. Parking is free for one car per room, with 20 spaces in total.
