Rooms
There are 66 rooms in total, in a range of types from Japanese-style tatami rooms to Japanese-Western rooms. The non-smoking 10-tatami Japanese-style room sleeps 2 to 5 guests. The 48 sq m Japanese-Western room with 2 bedrooms has two 120 cm-wide semi-double beds, and futon bedding is prepared when 3 or more guests stay. The 59 sq m Japanese-Western room with 4 bedrooms has four Simmons beds plus a 10-tatami Japanese-style area and sleeps 4 to 8 guests. The 48 sq m Japanese-Western room with 2 bedrooms on the 8th floor sleeps 2 to 4 guests, can be set up as a Hollywood twin with the two beds joined together, and has a coffee machine. There are also three 70 sq m special rooms with a natural onsen bathtub and a sauna where you can pour water over the hot stones yourself (self-service löyly): 2 non-smoking and 1 smoking. They were created as the first special rooms in the Noboribetsu Onsen district to have a natural onsen bath and a sauna in the guest room.
Dining
Dinner is normally served as in-room dining, so families and groups can relax over the meal together. From October 2026, dinner for the Japanese-style rooms, the Japanese-modern rooms and some of the Japanese-Western rooms with 2 bedrooms will move to a restaurant. Children who have not yet started elementary school and are booked on a one-night, two-meal plan or have ordered meals only are served a kids' meal for dinner, which does not include hairy crab. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet in the second-floor restaurant, from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with last entry at 9 a.m. If you have allergy requests regarding the food, you can contact the hotel in advance.
Baths and Onsen
Four types of spring water - sulfur, salt, acidic iron and mixed springs - flow directly from the source, with no recirculation. Because the source water is very hot, water is added to bring it to a comfortable temperature. There are 2 communal baths and 2 open-air baths. Bathing hours run from 1 p.m. until 9:30 a.m. the next morning; the baths swap between men and women, so they cannot be used from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m., and they are closed for cleaning from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no private-hire bath.

Children are welcome to stay. Bookings start from 2 adults per room, and when there are fewer than 2 adults - for example one adult with one child - one child is charged at the adult rate. Co-sleeping, for which an admission fee applies, is for children from age 2 until they start elementary school, and there is no admission fee for ages 0 to 1. Children aged 1 and under stay free if they need neither meals nor futon bedding. Up to 2 children can co-sleep. Elementary school children, in both the lower and upper grades, are charged 70% of the adult rate, while babies and toddlers are charged individually, from 50% of the adult rate, depending on whether meals and bedding are included. There is no private-hire bath, and the communal baths swap between men and women, but if you choose one of the 70 sq m special rooms with a natural onsen bathtub, you can bathe just as a family in your room. As barrier-free provisions, wheelchairs are available to borrow, and the tubs in the communal bath have handrails. Pets are not allowed.
