The top-floor panoramic hot-spring baths, 'Yunoshima' (men's) and 'Umi' (women's), lead from indoor tubs framed in hinoki cypress and Towada stone out to an open-air bath, drawing on a sodium-calcium sulfate-chloride spring source. All 88 rooms have an ocean view, and the Luxury Twin and Mutsu Bay Suite rooms, which use Simmons beds, come with their own open-air bath. Every evening, the first-floor lobby hosts a live Tsugaru shamisen performance.

The spring source is a colorless, clear sodium-calcium sulfate-chloride spring. Mixed-gender bathing is not allowed for children of elementary-school age or older, and guests with tattoos may not use the baths. Baby chairs and baby baths are available on request in the communal bath. As a Pink Ribbon-participating ryokan, it offers a dedicated bathing garment ('Bath Time Cover') for breast cancer survivors on request, along with two private changing rooms in the women's changing area.
